Although I have never reported on Fashion before I figured that this could be a first. Last night’s annual MET Ball took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. This year’s theme was Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between.
Dozens of stars, celebrities, musicians, models, fashion people etc put their faces on and got all dolled up for the fashion event of the year. With some really going to town with the theme of this year’s ball and some missing the mark completely. It was definitely something…to say the least.

It is January 2017 and that means that that time of the award season is among us. Good news for me because that means I have content and things in the entertainment world to cover. We shall however, see how much I keep up with.
Kicking off the award season was the 2017 Golden Globes that took place last night celebrating the best of Film and Television over the past year. Whilst I didn’t cover the nominees I think they were a good group of people granted at what was released.

I’ve always enjoyed going on other peoples website when they share top 10 tracks from an artists because sometimes you find new songs that you may not have discovered. I have recently done one for Justin Timberlake and thought I would do one for Jojo because recently I have been obsessed with her all over again. I have always enjoyed her music from my childhood and appreciate the fact she’s making a come back. So in order to celebrate her I am sharing my top 10 of her songs. These include unreleased material and are in no particular order.
1) Safe With Me
2) Coming For You

On Thursday I took it upon myself to go and see the Vogue 100 exhibition that is currently showing at the National Portrait Gallery. Not that I am much of a fashionista or an avid Vogue reader, I just thought it would be interesting so I went and took a look at the exhibition.
All that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the exhibition and thought it was very well put together and laid out and the way in which it showed the history of the magazine throughout the century and how it evolved and changed over each era. I highly suggest that if you have not seen it you go and look at the exhibition even just as a historical documentation of a art, fashion and photography over the last 100 years.
